Refund-Policy

At Tissagesilk.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds (subject to the conditions below).

1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Certain items such as scarves, stoles, custom-stitched, or altered products are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

2. Process of Return

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if required).
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
  4. After inspection, your return will be approved and refund/exchange initiated.

3. Refunds

  1. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  2. Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  3. In case of prepaid orders, only the product value will be refunded.

4. Exchanges

  1. We allow size exchanges or replacement for defective/damaged products (subject to availability).
  2. If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
