5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders within India are usually delivered within 4–7 business days.
2. International delivery may take 10–15 business days depending on location.

6. Returns & Exchanges

1. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for unused and unwashed items, provided they are in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Certain products (scarves, stoles, custom-stitched items) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene/customization.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the return is approved.
